Fashion Film: Okada Man

Okada Man highlights the influence of Western fashion and branding on Nigerian culture.

‘I like Gucci, Off-White, Supreme, Savage. That’s all’, states Nigerian biker M-Prince. Fashion is an important symbol of identity and status for him and fellow Okada men, who are known for traversing the streets of West Africa on motorbikes and looking dapper in the process.

This short film investigates the contemporary human experience through the exploration of globalisation’s cross-cultural impact.
